Another monthly updates for KDE 4.2.x series has been released. This was supposed to be released by the end of March, but it's still early in April, so the delay are not too much (compared to XOrg). The announcement can be read here, while the changelog will list all the detailed.
In general, most fixes are focused on KHTML, KMail, and KRunner, even though there are lots of things gets fixed in other components as well. This version has a new codename called Cano. It will be on your distribution repository in short.
