Happy Birthday Memshrink

Thanks to the Memshrink initiative that was announced one year ago, Mozilla Firefox has gained a lot of improvements regarding their memory management. Today, Memshrink is celebrating it's first birthday and you can see what has been accomplished during this one year of hard work and efforts from a lot of people on Mozilla Blog.

I'm happy to see that Memshrink effort has paid of. As you can see, Firefox now uses less memory consumption compared to previous versions and they are still working on further optimization and fixing memory leaks as we speak. Even though there are definite plan in the future, Memshrink project will try to even further polish Mozilla memory management and thus, users will get more benefit in the future.

Thanks to the initial creator and to the world wide contributors. Happy Birthday
