Exam and Meeting

I have finished my exam this evening and the results will be given one month later. I hope i can pass this exam, as this is my first time taking this kind of exam. IMHO, the time given was so short because there were 90 questions and we have to use the old method: marking the options using 2B pencil in order to be marked by a computer software that works like OCR. There are so many problems using this method, for example a miss detection of the entries.

After the exam, i went back to hotel and stayed for an hour to wait for my sister who picked me up and drop me at Grand Indonesia where i met up with one of AVNet representative to discuss our next event which will be held in May. We discussed this while having dinner too. Let's hope the event can be conducted in short time.

When i got back at the hotel, i packed my bags because i'm leaving back to Jogja tomorrow at noon.

All Day Meeting

Today, i attended meetings for about 9 hours. It started at 9 AM and finished around 6 PM. Well, not all that we discussed were serious matters, but we did discussed lots of things, starting from our plan to held UKDW NUTZ! 2.0 which is our Install Fest event on October 10, our preparation for MAKRAB next Saturday, and also our internal issues.

Let's hope there will be no more meetings like this again

IRC Meeting

I have just finished having a meeting on IRC. Yes, a meeting on IRC. This is a non-planned meeting since the announcement was made on about 4.30 PM and the meeting was scheduled at 9 PM. Luckily, Plurk does help us a lot to notify many other people so that they could came to the meeting even though some people were late.

The main topic about this meeting is to discuss about our next project related to Slackware. When will people be able to see the results? We don't know yet, but we are working hard to get it done A.S.A.P.

It's good to have an IRC session again. I missed them a lot

FYI, our first meeting was held for 3 hours and we have so many Slackware users around Indonesia gathered on the channel to discuss. I'm really thankful for all of your efforts and time. On Makassar, they are one hour earlier than us, so it's 1 AM when we were done with the meeting. Good night and have a nice dream

Leaving to Meeting

Today, i will be leaving to Salib Putih for university-level meeting. All the lecturers and most of the staffs will be unavailable for three days (starting today until Friday).

Like always, pending requests to join Indonesian Linux Forum will be delayed (you can always activate your account by confirming the confirmation email sent to your inbox) and email replies will be a little bit delayed as well (i do hope i can reply it via my cell phone).

Another Meeting

Today i attend another meeting with UKDW Net Club community members. The meeting was supposed to be scheduled at 10 AM, but because there were giving training for new students about web, the meeting was re-scheduled to 1 PM. The main focus about the meeting is about the preparation for the dual boot and Linux install fezt that will be held next week. So far, the preparation was already being started and some of them were already finished, but we need more coordination during this week to make the event as good as possible.

My friend Mr. Wiranto and Owie will have their pre-thesis presentation on Sunday, so i can only hope they have prepared well for the presentation. Good luck to you guys...
