SMS Not Reliable Nowadays

Lately, SMS delivery has been unreliable. Perhaps this is due to overload on the networks or probably because of other things happening on the network itself. I think it's better to call the person directly instead of relying on SMS messages to send some notes to other people

Let's hope it only happened for today, but i doubt that.
