I tried one of the vLabs on Security topic and some of the materials are taken from EC-Council's CEH and CHFI course . The cool thing about vLabs is that it provides you with some kind of special environment where you can test or conduct series of action without having to install anything on your system, except for browser and probably flash player. It's kinda virtual environment on your desktop browser.
It's one of the neat feature by ACM.
