I used to stick the old-version of this cartoon in front of my office door. All the engineers used to come by and nod and laugh.
I think this updated version is way better (PS. I like the "documentation" one and the open-source patch one (now that I'm working on an open source project :)).

It's a pity they removed the "How it was billed to the customer" part.
