Unneeded Construction
Today, i went with my wife and her mother to have dinner together. While travelling, we went through Tugu and there was a construction in that area that causes a heavy traffic jam. I wonder what on earth did the people in the transportation department to have a construction on that area when that area is good enough and there are a lot of other areas that needs to be fixed
