KDE 4.2.1

The first monthly update to KDE 4.2.x series has been released, dubbed "Cream" (aka KDE 4.2.1). It gives translations updates along with bug fixes in most component of KDE. For a summary of what has been changed or fixed in this release, please have a look on the Changelog.
