Collaboration Service
My group has been using Chatroll for our discussion on the web, but lately, Chatroll often had a problem or maintenance session and if that happened, we would lost all of our archives, so in the end we would not be able to see what has happened yesterday or few days ago.
I thought it would be easier to set up for a mailing list, but after i created the list, not many people like to join. It's a bit complex situation here
