After some search in Google i found out that this file was not placed on the include directory and it was meant not to be found by the developer unless they know exactly the place

Ctime
I'm trying to build something under cygwin in Windows platform and it requires ctime.h in Visual Studio.NET 2003 include directory, but i couldn't find the files, so the build process failed. Does anybody installed Visual Studio.NET 2003 and have this file? If you do, please let me know and i will contact you
