Last night, i wanted to switch my SIM card in my handphone to the other UIM card, but when i turn it on, it displays an error message : Insert UIM Card. I was suprised, since the day before it was fine (even last morning it was fine). I suspect that it was because i put it in my wallet and being over pressed by the coins in the back of the wallet. Right now, i only have 1SIM card for CDMA and 1 UIM card for GSM. I will buy another UIM card when i got back home today.
I got a new lesson from this : Don't put your SIM card in a place where it has a possibility to be pressed by other thing, because it may (not always) damage the card.
Actually you can ask for a new SIM card with the same number to your cell phone provider. This way you still can use the same number and you didn't need to buy a new one.
ReplyDeletei'll try, but i don't know whether it will work or not
