Linux Journal is preparing a new "Community" edition which will be published this summer. As you can see from the statement, it's from the Open Source community from around the world. It can be a spesific Linux distribution community like Ubuntu, Slackware, Fedora, or probably an open source applications community such as MySQL, PHP, Apache, etc. It can also be a local LUG in your area, for example Jogja Linux in my area.
