Hard to Be Accessed?

In the last two days, i had some problems accessing Google's services, including GMail and Blogger. I don't know whether it's only in my office or any other people who had the same problem as i had? I'm using Speedy in my office (just for information) and i have heard so many complaints about this provider, but last year, i have never had this kind of problems, even at office hour, i still can access, but now i can't. When it's very slow, my dial up connection in Jogja is faster than Speedy's ADSL connection. Weird :D
